The Terms of Use are a contract between LD, publisher of notetacantine.org , and the user of the services offered by the notetacantine.org website.


Definitions:


  • Site: Refers to the Website notetacantine.org
  • Site Editor notetacantine.org : LD
  • User: Refers to any person who uses the Site or any of the Services offered on the Site.
  • Terms or Conditions of Use: Designate the General Conditions of Use of the Website concluded between the User acting as a client of the Site, governing in particular access to the Site.
  • Services: means the Services accessible from the Website and edited by the Publisher.
  • A restoration system manager: refers to the User who has registered on the Site via a confidential login and password, allowing him to access certain Services on the Site.

Rules on the site:


  • Any notes that can not guarantee « a grade for each meal of a single canteen per person and per day » will be removed from the databases.
  • Any vote that does not guarantee « one vote per person and per proposal » will be removed from the databases.
  • Any notice that can not guarantee « one notice per physical and relevant person » will be removed from the databases.
  • Any entries that do not guarantee « a physical restoration system manager » will be removed from the databases.
  • Any management of the notetacantine.org site by a restore system manager that can not guarantee
    • « sustainable management and update your account on notetacantine.org ,
    • constructive relations with the canteen to which it belongs and
    • not noting or voting his own meals or proposals »,
    will be eliminated from the databases.
  • [1] Any user who can not guarantee by his behavior on the site notetacantine.org « the proper functioning of the site or the services it offers » will be banned from notetacantine.org , thanks to its ip address and User-agent (this is the additional clause to those mentioned in the Why column of the following table, noted [1] ).
  • The User also agrees to respect the privacy of all other Users and not to infringe the rights of third parties
  • The User is prohibited from distributing and / or prospecting for commercial purposes on the Site, it is prohibited to introduce content that may be harmful to other Users.
  • The User recognizes the public character, searchable by all and therefore is prohibited from distributing contact details or personal data.

All data collected is destroyed automatically after one year, except for banned users.

Access to notetacantine.org :


  • It is divided into three parts:
    1. For the user of a system of restoration: the pages of notation and of vote are accessible to him.
    2. For the manager of the system of restoration in an canteen: the pages of connection, visualizations of the statistics, creation of meal and proposals are accessible to him
    3. For a future manager of the restaurant system in an canteen: the registration pages are accessible to him
  • It is not guaranteed seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. The proper functioning of the site depends on parameters that the site editor can not control.
  • No warranty is provided regarding the quality
  • The publisher of the site reserves the right to modify, delete or disable all or part of the Services offered on the Site, at any time and without having to justify.

Realization of statistics:


The notetacantine.org site produces daily, weekly and monthly statistics on the grades of each meal in each canteen. The notes being anonymous, the statistics are also anonymous.

Only the notes and the number of voters are communicated to the canteen manager.

These statistics aim to:

  • to be made public, at the discretion of the canteen manager
  • to support a catering commission
  • improve the exchanges between the restaurant owner and the canteen
  • to enable user satisfaction (indirectly)

Notes:


In accordance with its legal obligations, the publisher of the notetacantine.org site will provide all required data in the context of a court proceeding (this includes the data provided by the users), and in particular the data necessary for the procedures relating to complaints in violation of the rights of third parties. In addition, the publisher of the notetacantine.org site will provide any data necessary for the protection of its own interests.


The site notetacantine.org , its contents and services, its software, drawings, models, databases, brands and logos are subject to the law Intellectual Property.
